TODAY, Monday, Feb. 25, begins the second day of the work of the 2019 General Conference Special Session in St. Louis, Missouri. (Saturday, Feb. 23, was a Day of Prayer.)

News from Yesterday, Feb. 24: Petitions meant to address pensions and the Traditional Plan topped the list of priorities for what General Conference delegates will work on in their legislative committee. The One Church Plan, backed by a majority of bishops, was fifth.
